Where to Order the Best Holiday Cards

Sending holiday cards is one of my absolute favorite holiday traditions; I look forward to it every year. Making it even more enjoyable is the fact that Arnie also gets into it, so the shoot itself becomes the start of a fun “day date”.

Every year, we use Artifact Uprising for our holiday cards, so I was thrilled to partner with them on today’s post. I’m a huge fan of their minimal designs and simple and sweet well wishes. I know that no matter which card I choose, I will not be disappointed. This year, in particular, I had the design picked out before we even scheduled our photo shoot; Arnie and I agreed it was perfectly suited to this season of our lives.

The Best Modern Minimal Holiday Cards

Artifact Uprising Designs

Artifact Uprising has long been my go-to retailer for holiday cards. The designs are minimal, yet beautiful, and they come in the highest quality materials. I’ve price shopped from year to year, and always end up choosing them over some of the more well-known brands, like Minted or Mpix.

The gold foil writing on many of the designs adds just the right amount of holiday sparkle to an otherwise simple message. I also love using their square prints to make gift wrapping extra special and personalized. After ordering our cards, I check the mail nearly every day until they arrive, and I am so excited with how they turn out each time.

Materials

Each card is printed on premium quality 100% recycled paper. You’ll know the moment you hold them that they are worth the money. I usually choose a design that can double as a photo print to be framed post-holidays.

Addressing

For even simpler sending, have all cards pre-printed with the recipient and return addresses for only $0.40/card. Depending on your budget, this may or may not be worth it to you. Some years, I like to hand-write the addresses for a more personal touch (but, let’s be honest, that was pre-kids), but I’ve also found it to be more cost-effective to print the addresses on the envelopes at home (I know, a little nerdy, isn’t it?)

If you’re looking for the best holiday cards and love a minimal design as much as we do, give Artifact Uprising a try. After years of using and love this brand, I cannot recommend them enough.
