The LBD You’ll Want to Wear on Repeat

Despite spending most of the days in an air-conditioned office, I still tend to look for pieces that can easily transition from work to evening or weekend. This dress has been my ultimate go-to over the last few months for a myriad of reasons–the first of which: it’s wrinkle-free.

When it comes to house chores, ironing is the task that neither Arnie, my husband, or I prioritize at the top. Granted, we probably look like wrinkled messes because of it, but that’s why–when it comes to my work wardrobe–I favor iron-free fabrics like polyester and the crepe fabric of this versatile LBD.

Ways to Wear It

  • Summer Night Out – today’s post, in a pair of chic, square sunglasses and caged heel sandals, is the perfect look for a summer date night.
  • Low-Key Fall Evening – And, being that black is a seasonless color, I’ll be able to wear it well into fall by adding knee-high boots and a long cardigan.
  • Work-Friendly Attire – I wear this LBD practically once a week to work by pairing it with nude pumps and a long blazer or cardigan. The longer hem length makes it office appropriate, though I do wear a bralette or tank underneath. Since it doesn’t come in petite-sizing, the neckline is a bit deep for work, so I prefer the extra coverage.

When it comes to building a timeless wardrobe, items like this LBD are the perfect additions. The minimal details and simple silhouette check the two most important boxes for versatility. This is a piece that you’ll get endless wears, paying for itself time and time again.

Oh my goodness, you’re totally right… I need this dress in my closet! I love how the dress has a low neckline but it still looks incredibly stylish and chic. Definitely need to add this to my list!
