Scallop Swimsuit

Scalloped Bathing Suit | Wellesley & KIng
I cannot believe it’s already August; the summer is flying by, as it seems to every year. This past weekend, Arnie and I went to a nearby pool to relax for the day. We’ve got several weekends of travel coming up in August so it was nice to spend time together, soak up the sun, and read a book before that begins.

For those of you in Pittsburgh, we also tried Pizza Taglio on Friday night, and it was really delicious. We ordered the Spek-Mato: blistered cherry tomatos, garlic, speck, mozzarella, fontina, arugula, and balsalmic drizzle. The pizzas were on the smaller side, but plenty big for two people. We ate the entire thing ourselves with no problem, but then again, we both have healthy appetites. :) If you’re from the area, and you love pizza as much as I do, you will not be sorry. The ingredients are fresh, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed. We placed our order, then walked to pick up a bottle of wine across the street while it was in the oven. If you dine in, it is BYOB with large open windows and doors when the weather is nice. It’s as if you’re eating right on the street.

I had gotten this retro black and white bathing suit back in January before my travels to Seattle and Portsmouth. I haven’t had a ton of opportunities to wear it yet this year, but I really love its girly feel. It runs small, so I recommend sizing up.

Thanks for reading and have a wonderful week!

Scallop Swimsuit: Topshop (black and white currently sold out, but available in red and navy; this one is also cute);
