Pittsburgh spring, while thankfully providing relief from the sub-zero temperatures, means one thing: rain.  But just because the weather is gloomy doesn’t mean your outfit has to be.  I try to brighten even the rainiest days by surrounding myself with clothes and accessories with pops of color that can lighten any dreary Pittsburgh afternoon.  But hey, April showers (March showers, in this case) bring May flowers, so I guess it’s not all bad news.  How do you cheer up an otherwise overcast day?

Ohh, thank you so much–you’re so sweet! I do love these Hunter boots, especially the Tour version. I had gotten the Original Tall first, but just think the Tour is so much more comfortable for light rain weather. Thanks for reading!

Absolutely the tours are phenomenal! I have yellow tours myself, great change of pace from my other pairs. You do look really cute in your black ones as well, though i am finding you look incredible in everything. I just think you are so beautiful and have one of the prettiest smiles i have ever seen!

It has been raining non-stop in the Midwest. This umbrella would make it worth it, though. Cute!

    Thanks for sharing this look.

I just took this umbrella with me to work the other day. The size is great for keeping dry. 🙂

Wow, you look so gorgeous in your rainy day ensemble! i love the bubble umbrella, because it doesn’t fold up in the wind and you can pull it down over your shoulders for extra protection. And the yellow piping on your raincoat adds just a little bit of pop to your classic tan trench, and matches your umbrella nicely. And what more can i say about your hunter wellies that hasn’t already been said? don’t you just love to get up a good running start and jump in the deepest puddle you can find?
