For me, you’ll notice that this salad doesn’t include dairy, but it would be great with the addition of crumbled blue cheese or fresh goat cheese (for non-pregnant friends). If you like, make it a heartier main course by adding grilled chicken.

Winter Kale Salad

This winter kale salad is the perfect take-along dish for your holiday party.

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • dried cherries
  • dried blueberries
  • slivered almonds
  • sunflower seeds
  • radicchio
  • crumbled blue cheese
  • coleslaw dressing

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Toss with coleslaw dressing.
