An All-Black Chic Date Night Look

You can’t go wrong with an all-black outfit.

When I’m feeling uninspired, my go-to outfit is a simple look in this classic color. I’ve had this blouse for months, and finally pulled it out for our recent date night at Pork and Beans, in the cultural district downtown.

These black toothpick jeans are not conducive to big meals, so after my pulled pork sandwich and mac’n’cheese, it was a bit of a struggle not to want to rip them off. But, I really like the fit and the fact that they required no alterations for my 5’2″ figure.

Keeping it simple, I added a few matching accessories: one of my old-favorite clutches, a simple necklace, and these Valentino lookalike sandals.

If you like any of these pieces, you can shop them below!
