When it comes to beauty products, finding ones that are worth the splurge can feel overwhelming. There are so many options out there and you might find yourself wondering if they’re really worth it. Today, I’m sharing 5 of my tried-and-true best luxury beauty products that are definitely worth the money.
Best Luxury Beauty Products Worth the Splurge
I cannot say enough about this product. I have fuller lips, and they are always chapped (probably because I don’t drink nearly enough water). I’ve used the Sugar Lip Treatments for years, but there’s something about the consistency of those that I don’t love. The staying-power is pretty slim. On the contrary, this Bobbi Brown version is seriously amazing. It’s got a stickier consistency that seems to stay put, but the moisturizing power is really what it’s all about. For work, I don’t often wear color on my lips either, so the subtle tint in these is all I need for a natural face for the office.
I purchased this out of necessity. I had my previous hair dryer for almost 6 years, and it finally kicked the bucket. Because I can’t do without a hairdryer, I had no choice but to search for a replacement. Now, I want to mention that I’m not incredibly hard on a hair dryer. In fact, for the most part, I air dry my hair at night and, come morning, use the hair dryer to tame cowlicks that pop up overnight after I’ve slept on my hair.
I’ve been really happy with its power and quietness compared to my old model. For a middle of the road price tag, this is a great option that gets the job done.
I am OBSESSED with this product. So much so that it genuinely deserves a post of its own. I’ve struggled with acne since adolescence but it really came with a vengeance after college. I’ve visited countless dermatologists and tried numerous prescription products and most were too harsh and seemingly caused more damage.
I’ve been using this gel cream for a month now and cannot get over how clear my skin is. For the first time in YEARS, I’ve been able to wear a light powder and no foundation to leave the house. It’s been life changing. BUT, it is also expensive. This jar retails for over $300 (which, compared to the prescription products is actually commensurate) but after a month’s use, I can barely even notice a dent. The amount you’ll use is so small that this jar will last forever and is WELL worth the investment.
Patchy brows is the bane of my existence. If I leave the house with no other makeup on, I’ll take the time to fill in my brows and put on mascara. This brow pencil is super quick and easy for days when I don’t want to use my normal powder. This is a great product to throw in your purse and apply on the go, and it’s really easy to apply–living up to its “goof proof” name.
Honestly, I purchased this product because it was continuously advertised during a podcast I listened to. The reviews on the podcast were enough to make me give it a try. I figured, worst case scenario, I don’t like it and take it back. Compared to other dry shampoos that I’ve used, the scent of this is really nice. It is incredibly powerful and magically gives my hair life after a long day. I’m not one to wash my hair only once or twice a week; it’s so fine and produces a lot of oil that I couldn’t go without washes on a daily basis. Because I shower at night, by the end of a long day, my hair can become pretty limp. I use this to liven it up before a dinner date or evening plans to refresh my look without needing to wash and blow-dry.
