Springtime screams for floral patterns and, after months of heavy layers and dark colors, there’s no better print to freshen up your look. Whether you’re one to sport them in bold patterns from head-to-toe, or someone who prefers a more modest pop of color, it’s incredibly simply to incorporate these pretty florals into your look.
3 Simple Ways to Wear Florals for Spring
Use Florals to Highlight Your Favorite Assets
Whether you favor your strong arms, or love to elongate a shorter leg, you can highlight your assets in an eye-catching floral fabric. A floral blouse is the perfect way to add spring to your work wardrobe and pairs equally well with jeans for off-hours activities.
When it comes to bottoms, I love a good micro floral midi skirts or pair of shorts as an alternative to my usual weekend denim. I’m not as into large-scale florals, but the tiny floral prints always feel like a fun change after the long winter months. Simply pair them with your favorite cotton t-shirt and a denim jacket and you’re all set for a comfortable, seasonal look.

Go for One-and-Done Spring Look in a Dress or Jumpsuit
Dresses are always a go-to of mine because they are one-and-done options (and frankly, I love an outfit that I don’t have to think much about). I’m a bit of a minimalist when it comes to fashion but, while I tend to prefer daintier florals, I’ll give a bigger, bolder version a go every now and then, too!
In my day-to-day wear, I’m usually an all black or jeans and tee kinda gal but, now and then, there’s nothing that makes me feel more feminine than a beautiful floral dress. Reformation is as good as it gets when it comes to beautiful silhouettes that perfectly flatter female figures of every shape and size, so definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a great floral dress. I’ve linked a few of my favorites below.

Tie it all together with a bold scarf
Scarves are perfect for adding pops of color without overwhelming your look. If wearing a bold color or print sounds too scary, try tying a scarf onto your handbag, around your neck, or in your hair for a smaller dose of spring.
I love to wear a monochromatic outfit and then use a bright, floral scarf to make it stand out. Tying a scarf on your wrist and layering with your favorite watch or bracelets is a fun but less overwhelming way to try florals in your outfit. It also looks uber chic tied onto your favorite handbag.
And don’t forget to use it in your hair! Wrap it around a messy topknot, use it as a headband, or tie a bow over your ponytail. It’s a quick and easy way to look put-together with very little effort!
