1 Piece, 4 Ways: Pleated Leather Mini Skirt

This pleated leather mini skirt was on my fall shopping list for the season’s capsule wardrobe. I loved it because it’s chic and on-trend but also quite versatile. The genuine leather is high-quality and should be a classic that outlasts the many wears it’s sure to see this season.

Inspired by the versatility of this piece, it seemed the perfect item for my next Less is More feature. Just like the chambray shirt dress, I found it difficult to limit this post to only four looks; I had so many more brewing in my head as I was putting it together. In fact, many of the pieces that I used to pair with the chambray shirt dress would also work well with this skirt.

Create four unique looks with one staple wardrobe piece. Click to see how it was done with this pleated leather mini skirt!

It’s easy to think of leather as something only a certain demographic can wear but it really is versatile enough for anyone to pull off in some capacity. Think leather trim on a classic blouse or faux leather leggings to take your outfit from casual to edgy. Don’t be afraid to try it out this season!
